From a young age, I was drawn to the power of photography — the ability to preserve fleeting moments, tell a person’s story, and capture the essence of their being.
After formal training at the International Center of Photography in NY, I launched Randi Childs Photography, a boutique portrait studio based in Katonah, New York. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing extraordinary people from all walks of life — including celebrities, entrepreneurs, CEO’s, authors and creatives.
My work has been recognized with international photography awards and has appeared in People Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam and Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, L’Officie Argentina, Shutter Magazine, Turning Point Music and Lifestyle Magazine, and on Times Square billboards.
Today, my focus is on creating magazine-style portraits, personal branding and professional headshots, maternity portraits, and fashion editorials. Each session is designed to make my clients feel confident, empowered, and seen — because great photography is about more than just the image. It’s about connection.
What I love most about my work is meeting so many fascinating people and helping them feel completely at ease in front of the camera. Every portrait is a collaboration, and together we create images that reflect not just how you look — but who you are.
